→ The Workout I begin our workout by wrapping your hands. There are 27 bones in the hand, and wraps help to avoid injury. These wraps also protect the wrist, which happens to run the highest risk of being injured. Then, we warm up for 10 to 12 minutes, typically starting with 4 rounds of jump rope at 3-10 minutes each. We then move on to technique, working on correcting stances, positioning hands, punches, and footwork. Breathing is also a very important technique, as people often forget to do this while working out! Next, we focus on mitts and bag work.

Wrapping things up, we spend 10 to 15 minutes stretching, focusing on abdominal core work, and arm strengthening. The shoulders are a major focus because your hands are always going to be up. We also work on the lower body by strengthening glutes and quads.
